If you would like to book an appointment at the dealership please fill in the application on the website or call 01432 273791 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will agree the desired work and price in an email to you along with an individual time slot which must be adhered to. Please arrive at your allotted time slot to drop off your vehicle and collect your vehicle and do not enter the buildings this is for your own safety.
A Service Drop Off Point has been created outside the Main Service Entrance, here you must put your Keys, Locking Wheel Nut and Service Book inside the box (remember at your allocated time slot) this is to reduce the face to face interaction with staff. Please only vacate your car if there are no other people within 2 meters distance of the table or yourself. Once you have left your keys in the box please press the buzzer and vacate the premises. Unfortunately we are unable to provide courtesy cars at this point and we are unable to valet vehicles at this point in time.
While your vehicle is here we will complete an Electronic Vehicle Health Check which will be emailed to you and we will contact you should we advise on any issues. You will be contacted and allocated a time slot to collect your vehicle and you may be asked to pay your invoice over the telephone before you return. Unfortunately during this time we are unable to accept cash or cheque so please ensure you have a debit card or are able to complete a bank transfer before you collect your vehicle. All employees will be equipped with PPE however for peace of mind we are offering an Air Con Purge for £20 + VAT which kills 99.9% of Bacteria inside the cabin of your vehicle. We will quote for this on your vehicle, however if you wish to decline please notify on your email confirmation. If you think of anything else you would like us to complete on your vehicle please leave a note in the car or send an email.

Please note we will require payment of parts upon ordering, and you will receive an invoice via email. Upon ordering, Parts Manager will allocate you a specific collection date and time. Please ensure you adhere to this during this time this is for your safety. Please call the parts department from your mobile phone when you arrive and only vacate your vehicle when it is safe to do so. Remember please retain 2 meters distance and follow the government guidelines.
To deliver parts, please bring the parts to the Parts Drop Off Point and press the buzzer and return to your vehicle. The Parts Manager will inspect the parts at the drop off point and wave you on as confirmation all is ok. Accounts Department will pay any invoices as per usual.
